a lot of new and interesting products that end up becoming part of my workshop, and hence end up getting reviewed, start as a post on instagram that catches my eye. I saw a short clip of the one Hand deploy-able saw horses by Bora and thought I really need these in my life. Then I looked at the price and did a double take.
I posted my newly founded cool product on my social platforms and a community member said I should check out the ToughBuilt. Just as sturdy but about 25% cheaper. Of course who doesn’t like saving money, I know I do. So I pulled the trigger and picked up a pair.
I had been using homemade wooden saw horses for about three years, I loved them. But their downside was they were heavy, large to transport, and were always in the way in the garage. These TOUGHBUILT Sawhorses eliminated all that. The main issue being space in my workshop. Now they fold up and sit in a corner, instead of needing to be moved every time I need extra space.
They are built like a tank and I think when set up properly you could park a compact car on them. They work as saw horses but also have slots for lumber to make an incredible job site table. Which i find even more convenient. There is nothing better than having your work surface up at a level that you don’t need to bend to do everything with, especially as you get older.
