I remember as a kid chuckling at the stories my Dad told me, about his mother spending a hours using crazy glue to put together broken tea mugs. She came from a time where she fixed anything and everything she could.

I couldn’t imagine spending all that time fixing a mug when I could just go out and buy a new one. Until that is, my daughter who is now 22 got me a coffee mug when she was 6. One day I dropped and broke it. So off I went to get some super glue and glued it back together. It worked decently but didn’t hold as well as I wanted. So I then switched to gorilla glue, which I still love but it leaves an awful yellow residue which is fine if you don’t care how it looks.

So eventually when I needed to repair my mug again and some precious moments figurines that got broken in our move, for my wife. I decided to find a better solution. I found this MitreBond Two Part spray adhesive. You put the liquid glue on it, press the pieces into place, spray the activator on it and you are basically done. It is the cleanest and strongest adhesive I have found for putting back together glass and ceramic type products.
