When you live where the air can literally hurt your face in the winter, and frozen pipes can happen in a matter of minutes not hours, a good quality infared temperature gun had been on my want list for quite some time.
The first winter I started into property management I didn’t want to spend any more money than I had to on tools or gear, so I went without.
